Pet Friendly Guidelines

  1. Maximum of two pets per guestroom.
  2. Pet friendly accomodations restricted to the first floor only to accommodate our Pet-Free guests.
  3. Dog fee is the same as an extra person fee. The charge for additional adults is  $50.00 per stay. No other charges apply unless severe damage occurs.
  4. Small dogs only. (under 30 lbs.)
  5. No dog can be left unattended in room at any time. It isn't fair to other guests. If you go to dinner your pet must go with you. Failure to do so will result in additional pet fee and in severe cases you will be asked to leave. The only problem we have with well behaved pets is when left unattended they bark or cry for owners and then we are forced to give refunds to neighboring guests, so take them with you!
  6. All dogs must be on leash at all times in public areas.
  7. Upon check in we will give a fun walking map for you and your dog. We have a 3 mile walk along the creek and other great places to enjoy your dog responsibly.
  8. Our beach allows dogs to be unleashed in morning and evening, however, during the day all dogs must be leashed. There is a second wonderful beach located by outdoor fire pits that will allow dogs all day.
  9. For safety, the kid's park is off limits all day to dogs, as is Farmers Market on Friday nights.
  10. Be careful of all our fountains as they are heavily chlorinated which makes them unsafe for pets. Our tap water is safe and bottled water is also available in the pantry room.
  11. A dog bed and bowl will be put in your room prior to arrival.
