Rate: $20.00* per hour. Security/Cleaning deposit of $100*
Accommodates: maximum of 20 people

·   20 Theater seating
·   12 Horse Shoe seating

Large Conference/Multi-Purpose Room:

Accommodates: maximum of 150 people
Security/Cleaning deposit of $300*
Rates are:
Monday – Thursday   $ 40.00* per hour

Friday          $ 40.00* per hour (minimum of 4 hours)
                    $150.00* (4 hours)
                    $250.00* (8 hours)

Saturday      $ 50.00* per hour (minimum of 4 hours)
                    $200.00* (4 hours)
                    $350.00* (8 hours)

Sunday       $ 40.00* per hour (minimum of 4 hours)
                    $150.00* (4 hours)
                    $250.00* (8 hours)

Kitchen use charge: $50.00*

Screen, Projector and Karaoke microphone are all available upon request.

Deposits are waived if group block stays with the Avila La Fonda Hotel.

Rental agreement required for Avila Beach Civic Association.
